Together with artists Kera, Falkland, Tape That, and Quillermo Quintana, we channeled the raw energy of these spaces into bold, impactful statements that represent the stations Wedding, Frankfurter Allee, Bornholmer Straße, and Landsberger Allee with a unique mix of character and community spirit. Drawing inspiration from the architecture, forms, and distinct identity of each station—as well as the quirks of their neighborhoods—we crafted tailored color and design concepts. In collaboration with the artists, these concepts evolved into vibrant creative projects, brought to life directly on-site. Introducing legal street art and tape art into train stations was a groundbreaking move, requiring significant persuasion, but the results speak for themselves. These projects celebrate the individuality and authenticity that these stations inherently possess.
The architecture and striking features of each location provided a rich source of inspiration. Working with local artists was essential to us, and after thorough research and meaningful discussions, we matched the perfect artist to each station. The result? Art that not only captures but elevates the unique essence of every location.
